Unless otherwise stated, the Flipside Promotions name, logo, and brand assets, and the design, layout, text, and software of flipsidepromotions.com (excluding User Content, as defined below) are © 2026 Flipside Promotions, or licensed to Flipside Promotions, and are protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

“User Content” means profile text and photos, gallery images, mixes, broadcasts, and radio show artwork uploaded by DJs and other account holders. DJs and account holders retain ownership of their User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Flipside Promotions a licence to display it as part of the Services, on the terms set out in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions. We do not claim ownership of your music, artwork, or profile content.

Flipside Promotions provides the platform for DJs to broadcast shows and share mixes — we do not license the underlying musical works played within them. Each DJ is solely responsible for ensuring that any music included in a mix, broadcast, or upload is used lawfully, including holding any performance, mechanical, or synchronisation rights, or relying on a licence held by the venue or platform through which the broadcast is distributed, as applicable. Flipside Promotions accepts no liability for a DJ’s use of third-party music, and reserves the right to remove a mix, broadcast, or show, or suspend a radio membership, where we receive a credible copyright complaint.

You may view, and share links to, pages on flipsidepromotions.com for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, download, or otherwise use site content, branding, or User Content belonging to others for commercial purposes, or in a way that suggests endorsement by Flipside Promotions or the relevant DJ, without prior written permission from the rights holder.

“Flipside” and “Flipside Promotions”, together with associated logos, are trade marks or trading names of Flipside Promotions. Other product and company names mentioned on the Services may be trade marks of their respective owners.

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The specific URL or location of the material on our site.
• Your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We will review valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the account holder responsible for it.
