A little piece of Flipside history.
On 9 August 2026, following the launch of FlipsidePromotions.com, Marky Sparks became the first of our Founding DJs to take to the decks for a full two-hour live set on Flipside Radio.
And what a way to get things started.
Mark delivered two hours of underground house, rolling grooves and proper club energy, moving through music from Steve Bug, Andrea Oliva, Deetron, Audiojack, Prunk, Riva Starr, Darius Syrossian, George Smeddles, Chris Lorenzo, SOSA, Marco Lys and plenty more.
From the opening sounds of Steve Bug – Let’s Work through to HASKELL – Rasa, the set captures what Flipside Radio is all about: DJs playing the music they love, without being boxed into a formula.
For us, this one marks an important moment.
Mark is one of the original Founding DJs who backed Flipside from the beginning, and on 10th August he became the first from that group to broadcast a full live set following the launch of our new platform.
